Accessibility statement

At Grant St Grocer, we aim to deliver a positive experience and a warm welcome to all — whether you’re visiting us in person or online. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment wherever possible, regardless of age, ability, access needs, or allergy. Inclusion is a priority to our team and we continuously look for ways to remove barriers and enhance the Grant St Grocer experience, such as:

  • Step-free access from the street into the café (a small ‘lip’ will be removed in August 2025), and ramps internally
  • Seating arrangements that accommodate mobility aids and prams
  • Acceptance of guide dogs and service animals
  • Quiet area with low stimulation and low lighting
  • Accessible bathroom facilities
  • Assistance bell at the front door to alert staff to aid with opening the door

Further assistance is available upon request — just let us know how we can help.
If you see ways we can improve we welcome your feedback – please contact us on EMAIL at admin@grantstgrocer.com.au or PHONE (03) 5772 1526
