Salary: Restaurant Award Level 4 Salary / Hourly Rate / Negotiable
Job Type: Full Time including Weekend and occasional night work

The Role:
As Front of House Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a seamless customer experience. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead, coach and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations, table allocations and service coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Support with stock management, cash handling and shift reporting.
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in line with regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
About You:
- Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role with leadership experience.
- Proven experience as a barista.
- A genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (advantageous).
- A flexible approach and willingness to step in wherever needed.

We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our talented kitchen team.
